Job descriptionTarget and manage geographic territory, using primarily in-person visits, presentations, phone call, emails to acquire prospective customers, within an assigned budget Develop and manage territory strategically to effectively handle all new and existing customers, while retaining and growing new and existing customer base Present solutions and communicate features and benefits of our products to grow market share Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, product knowledge, competitive landscape, and technical developments for business growth opportunities Proactively communicate with management regarding customers’ needs and feedback on our products and services Identify and develop a list of dentists as potential customers, utilizing selling skills to generate new business and cultivate sales growth among new customers Utilize marketing materials and campaigns to build awareness and sales potential Execute strategic and operational objectives, and ensure operational activities and goals are achieved, within a designated timeframe and budget Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals while supporting our company values Perform all other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Degree or certification in operations management, business administration, marketing and sales, or a medical / dental related certification 2+ years’ proven experience marketing or sales, preferable in dental or medical sales experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills with high competency in customer service and a solution-oriented mindset Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin / Cantonese is preferred Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Dental profession experience a plus Driver's license and vehicle to be used to travel locally
