Job descriptionBilingual to communicate with clients and suppliers in other provinces outside of Quebec and overseas AEC, DEC in administration or supply chain Good experience with an MRP (JDE or AS400 asset) Good level of Excel Analytical profile (the position does not involve negotiation with suppliers) Analyze and take action on recommendations from supply reports (order placement) Maintain an optimal inventory level in all warehouses for its product portfolio Understand the reasons affecting supply performance indicators and work to implement corrective actions Participate in the maintenance and optimization of the supply parameters of the product portfolio Work in collaboration with product managers and marketing agents Send and follow up on the transmission of orders to suppliers Follow up on orders with suppliers and carriers Maintain PO information in the system (prices, quantities, products, dates, etc.) Manage claims and disputes with suppliers
