Receive and process orders to best meet customer expectations. Organize and coordinate all information and requirements necessary for production. Serve as the main point of contact for the customer for all active orders.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinate all steps following receipt of an order, depending on the type of project : obtain or produce samples, create artwork, obtain various approvals, monitor tests and trials, prepare required documents, etc.
• Act as the central point of communication between the customer and internal staff involved in the preparation prior to production;
• Assist external representatives during the bidding process;
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers;
• Receive and process customer orders according to established procedures;
• Manage the progress of a project on order to ensure delivery within the specified time frame;
• Inform and validate various information and data related to customer requests and orders with external representatives;
• Arrange for product replacement or customer credit as needed, according to established procedures;
• Perform clerical tasks related to orders and ongoing projects;
• Maintain customer files and databases.
• Collaborate on improvement and development projects according to your skills and experience.
• College diploma (DEC) in a relevant field (administration, printing, sales, etc.);
• Relevant and significant experience in customer service and file and / or project coordination in the manufacturing sector.
• Bilingual (French and English);
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer tools in general;
• Previous experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Epicor is an asset);
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks;
• Ability to organize tasks and follow through on projects with order and rigor;
• Demonstrate thoroughness and precision in the details required by internal and external customers;
• Show initiative to ensure the progress and completion of certain files;
• Ability to work well in a collaborative and sharing environment with various colleagues from different organizational levels.
• Interest in and ability to learn the technical aspects of the product;
• Independent and able to manage several files simultaneously;
