How you’ll make an impact

As a Loans Analyst, you’ll help drive sales team success by preparing high-quality credit submissions, completing complex loan administration tasks and supporting strong customer relationships. You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers to assess risk, structure credit solutions and ensure loan compliance.

Whatyou’lldo

  • Review customer information and prepare clear,accuratecredit submissions

  • Establish conditions,covenantsand security requirements within approved guidelines

  • Confirm all credit requests meet policy before moving them forward for approval

  • Support Relationship Managers by analyzing structure,riskand customer needs

  • Monitor loan compliance, complete accountreviewsand process administrative requests

  • Work directly with Credit Management to structure, assess and recommend loan terms

  • Connect with customers as needed to clarify details or gatheradditionalinformation

  • Research industry and enterprise trends to strengthenagricultureknowledge

  • Collaborate with internal partners to serve customers effectively

Whatyou’llbring to the team

Requiredqualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business,economicsor agriculture

  • Minimumfour years of experience in commercial lending(or a combination of education and experience)

  • Solid understanding of agriculture and agribusiness financial structures

  • Experienceassessingcomplex credit scenarios

  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with colleagues and customers

  • Experience with portfolio management and loan administration

  • Proficiencywith common software applications and financial analysis tools
