Job descriptionDrive end-to-end implementation of machine learning models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring. Define and establish best practices for model development, validation, and deployment. Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers. Oversee the design and management of data pipelines and ETL processes. Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure proper data integration and preparation for analytics. Advocate for and implement modern data architectures (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses). Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to design and deploy machine learning solutions. Implement MLOps practices for seamless model deployment and lifecycle management. Act as a technical advisor for stakeholders to align data science strategies with business goals. Present insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and data science. Experiment with and implement innovative approaches to enhance the organization's data capabilities. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Minimum 6+ years in data science, machine learning, or related roles, with at least 2 years in an architect or leadership position. Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale data science solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala. Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their data services. Solid knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL). Hands-on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV). Knowledge of edge computing and IoT integrations. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
