Job description
Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing production activities to ensure that objectives are met in terms of quality, productivity, costs, and deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and deploying production plans based on forecasts and capacity. Maximizing operational efficiency (labor, equipment, raw materials). Maximizing the efficiency of operations (labor, equipment, raw materials). data-start="1073" data-end="1162">
Supervise and motivate production teams and middle managers
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify and implement improvement initiatives Continue
Participate in strategic decisions related to growth and process optimization
Maintain an active presence on the shop floor and foster a positive work environment
