Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct Orientation Sessions : Welcome new employees and introduce them to the company’s mission, values, and culture. Explain company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Deliver Training Programs : Provide job-specific training on tools, software, and processes. Ensure new hires understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide Resources and Support : Distribute training materials, manuals, and guides. Offer continuous support and address any questions or concerns new employees may have.
- Monitor Progress : Track the progress of new hires through their onboarding journey. Provide feedback and additional training as needed.
- Collaborate with Departments : Work closely with HR and department managers to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. Adjust training programs based on feedback and evolving company needs.
