  • Participating on committees and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain standards and practices;
  • Making decisions on the duty to accommodate and handling instances of alleged academic misconduct or unauthorized use of materials;
  • Advising and collaborating with campus partners on Exam Centre protocols, policies, and emerging assessment technologies and tools; and
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with other post-secondary institutions’ exam programs to ensure best practices are implemented.

Skills

You will have :

  • Excellent analytical, planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively develop trust and engage internal and external stakeholders;
  • The ability to operate with a high degree of tact, diplomacy, professionalism, and sensitivity to student and faculty concerns;
  • Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a work environment with multiple competing deadlines;
  • Knowledge of change management principles;
  • Knowledge of FOIP and records management policies, practices, and legislation;
