Overview :
To ensure the efficient functioning of the Dairy department, providing customers with the best quality dairy products, ensuring courteous, timely customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.
- Directing and supervising all Dairy staff to secure efficient and courteous customer service.
- Responding immediately to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times.
- Maximizing sales and gross profit, ensuring sales goals and budgets are met.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, inventory, and display of merchandise.
- Hiring all part-time staff and training new employees.
- Scheduling all Dairy clerks ensuring the strict control of wage costs.
- Interpreting and administering Company policy and ensuring compliance with the union contract.
- Ensuring the maintenance of equipment as well as the safety and sanitation of the department.
