For more than 50 years the company has successfully designed and delivered creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions that drive motion and energy efficiency across a variety of target markets and industries. They are amid a period of exponential growth, and as a result are seeking to add a new General Manager to continue scaling one of their highest performing, fastest growing business segments.
POSITION OVERVIEW
In this role, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to drive growth, improve profitability, and expand market share within their assigned business unit. They will bring a proven track record of managing rapidly growing P&L operations, extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, and a demonstrated ability to achieve commercial success.
The General Manager will lead a team of 300+ team members globally, overseeing operational excellence, driving innovation, and developing talent. You will play a central role in executing growth strategies and ensuring world-class performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost—focusing on delivering exceptional results for all stakeholders.
The role is based in Langley BC. Our client is open to relocating the successful candidate from anywhere in Canada.
