Who We're Looking For
Rogers Cyber Security team is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to analyze, visualize, and document business processes in security, support the work to improve the business processes, and support the PMO with dashboard reporting for key metrics. If you enjoy analysis, data, and process visualization, and you are proficient in Excel, Power BI, JIRA, and process flow mapping tools, we are looking for you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Document internal business users and functional specification requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, and task and workflow analysis in moderate to highly complex environments.
- Translate large amounts of data into meaningful reports, including aggregated consumption data.
- Prepare use cases, current / proposed process, workflows, data flows, process re‑engineering maps, functional specifications, end‑user adoption plans / guides.
- Conduct project review sessions, obtain sign‑offs, and coordinate acceptance tests to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
- Cross‑organizational communication and collaboration with stakeholders such as IT, Network, and Product teams.
