Job descriptionPrior red‑teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio‑technical probing. Curiosity and adversarial mindset to instinctively push systems to breaking points. Structured approach using frameworks or benchmarks. Strong communication skills to explain risks clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Adaptability to thrive on moving across projects and customers. Specialties in Adversarial ML, Cybersecurity, or socio‑technical risk. Experience with jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF / DPO attacks, and model extraction. Skills in penetration testing, exploit development, and reverse engineering. Creative probing skills in psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking. The pay rate for this role may vary by project, customer, and content category. Compensation aligns with the level of expertise required, the sensitivity of the material, and the scope of work for each engagement. AI Red‑Teamer

$54–$111 per hour (rate may vary by project and role)
Location
Remote‑friendly (US time zones); geography limited to US, UK, Canada
Role Responsibilities
- Red‑team AI models and agents by exploring jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and exploits.
- Generate high‑quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Apply structure by following taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain consistent testing.
- Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
- Flex across projects to support different customers, from LLM jailbreaks to socio‑technical abuse testing.
