Job descriptionSupervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Dealership Sales Department Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times Desk vehicle sales deals Work with the Service Manager to ensure quick preparation of new vehicles for delivery Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan, modify and review all current issues and programs Keep updated on all manufacturer and financial institutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that all staff understand factory programs Promote ongoing training, including daily and weekly sales team meetings Ensure that all required provincial licensing and regulatory requirements are followed Strong leadership abilities
