This position requires interacting with potential and new clients by utilizing effective communication to establish long-lasting connections and offering purchase support through various mediums such as face-to-face interactions, phone conversations, and email correspondence. Customer Service Assistant responsibilities : Maintain a thorough understanding of the clients' products and services Effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing information to customers Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using our CRM software Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Assist customers with product information, orders, upgrades, and account setup Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the overall customer service experience Customer Service Assistant requirements : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team Open full-time availability Must be comfortable commuting to our Etobicoke office daily Experience the difference with Imperial Sales & Marketing , where accountability and top-flight service are not just promises but the cornerstone of our ethos!
