Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity in the metal recycling industry? Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative , where your positive attitude and customer service experience will drive our success!
Why Youll Love This Role :
As a Customer Service Representative, you wont just be filling a position; youll be a key team member in ensuring our customer service is exceptional.
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the customer experience from start to finish
- Handle retail customer payments / transactions in person based out of our state-of-the-art scale office.
- Create scale tickets and enter weights and prices into our internal operating system
- Handle all customer service-related requests via phone, email, in-person
- Perform housekeeping to ensure work area cleanliness
- Perform a variety of opening and closing duties daily, including cash in / out
