Responsibilities of the Customer Service Sales Representative : Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Take responsibility for the assigned customer accounts, follow up on leads, identify potential customers, offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs, and process orders. Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting residential and wireless services to clients. Respond to customer queries and concerns as the primary technical support point of contact for consumers. Use the Salesforce platform to record and report all sales activities in the assigned regions. Participate in necessary product training, team meetings, and planning sessions. Requirements for the role of our Customer Service Sales Representative : Must have full-time availability and the ability to commute to the office. Education in business, sales, marketing, or related fields is an asset. 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Active listening skills required. Comfortable working independently and in a team.
