Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with retail stores, promoting a "customer-first" approach.
  • Monitor and communicate order statuses, process credits, and handle warranty claims.
  • Accurately manage data entries and support stakeholders with timely updates.
  • Assist in training initiatives, department housekeeping, and cross-functional support tasks.
  • Maintain adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential areas of improvement within the department.
  • Process and assess lab error credits, warranty claims, and store error credits.
  • Qualifications

    Essential :

  • Strong customer focus with a positive and proactive demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Willingness to exceed customer expectations and deliver excellence.
  • Openness to feedback and change with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Desirable :

  • Experience managing complex situations independently.
  • Confidence in resolving issues and handling complaints.
  • Knowledge or experience in optics (training provided).
