Job description3–5 ans d’expérience dans la distribution de roulements et de produits de transmission de puissance et en hydraulique. Expérience dans une industrie similaire / connexe (Santé / Sécurité, Outillage, pneumatique, boulonnerie, etc.) sera considérée. Maitrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé (atout majeur). Connaissance au niveau des douanes (import / export). Connaissance informatique générale (courriel, Microsoft Office). Bonne communication pour coordonner les relations et transmettre l’information à l’interne et à l’externe. Orientation vers la qualité et la satisfaction client. Esprit d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Capacité à gérer les priorités. Rémunération compétitive et opportunités de bonus. Applied Industrial Technologies est un distributeur de premier plan de roulements, de produits de transmission de puissance, de composants de puissance hydraulique et de solutions de contrôle de flux. Avec plus de 50 installations au Canada et 650 associés, Applied soutient les industries du MRO, OEM, de la construction navale, l’automobile, le pétrole et le gaz, la production alimentaire, la puissance, le papier, etc.
Objectif du poste : Traiter les demandes au téléphone et au comptoir, vendre les produits et services de l’entreprise et assurer un haut niveau de satisfaction client.
Fonctions Principales
- Faire de la promotion auprès des clients.
- Déterminer les clients potentiels et les solliciter par téléphone.
- Évaluer les besoins et ressources des clients et recommander les biens et services appropriés.
- Traiter les commandes des clients en rédigeant les bons de commande.
- Rechercher les listes de pièces, de produits et de fournisseurs.
- Effectuer la facturation aux clients.
- Communiquer avec les clients après la vente pour résoudre les problèmes et assurer un suivi.
