Must Have
Work Experience
- Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder relationship management and engagement (i.e. determining the needs of senior stakeholders and understanding business priorities and pressures).
- Experience assisting in reviewing, evaluating and providing test input during business requirements gathering and detailed design specifications.
- Experience in public sector procurement processes including an understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law.
- Experience with Providing guidance to procurement officers and stakeholders on defining, interpreting, and applying technical specifications for RFXs (Requests for proposals, quotes, information etc)
