Job Description : In this key role, you will oversee a state of the art healthcare Control Centre. Your role will include the following :
- Monitor and operate numerous systems including, access control, CCTV, fire and life safety.
- Make emergency overhead announcements
- Answer Telephones and dispatch calls
- Assist in tracking and deployment of security staff
- Handle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call taking.
- Liaise with visitors, clients and staff
- Manage Lost & Found
- Manage the issuance and return of facility keys and ID / Access cards
- Issue Visitor and Contractor badges
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent deportment, customer service and presentable – Public facing / front facing position
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems
- Experience in a supervisory role and dispatching preferred
