About the Opportunity

• Manage the release of customer orders and collection of payment

Maintain the assigned portfolio in current status by ensuring that customer inquiries and deductions are actioned appropriately

Approve and release customer orders, contact customers directly

Securing payments on accounts including past due invoices

Manage high volume of deductions

Other duties as required

About You

2 years of credit, collections and deductions experience

Bilingual in French / English is a must

Experience using a web-based application, preferably SAP.

CCP Designation or working towards obtaining the designation is an asset.

Pay Range

28 - $35 / hour
