Job description

Coulson Aviation is a global aerial firefighting company that supports Emergency Service efforts through the delivery of specialized aircraft and highly trained team members.

Coulson Aviation operates across the world with a growing fleet of aerial firefighting assets consisting of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. With our privately owned and operated fleet of Boeing 737 FIRELINERS™, Hercules C130, Citation and King Air, CH47D Chinooks, and Sikorsky S-61 fire support platforms, we provide first class, rapid response delivery during critical events of wildfire activity.

On the corporate side of our business, we travel frequently, often to our other Coulson headquarters in Australia and the USA / California. Sometimes a quick trip New Zealand! You just never know where we’ll need to be next.

We would like to have an EXECUTIVE AIRCRAFT CABIN MANAGER join the travels, to deliver an unparalleled in-flight experience aboard our large-cabin corporate aircraft fleet, inclusive of Bombardier Challenger, Global Express, and Boeing 737. This is not a traditional flight attendant role — it is a leadership position in passenger experience, blending world-class hospitality, fine dining presentation, and personalized service, with aviation professionalism and safety.

Keep reading if you’re ready to lead, innovate, and grow with us!

WHAT YOU’LL MANAGE:

  • Curate and deliver a luxury, fine-dining experience in flight — from menu design to gourmet food preparation and presentation.
  • All aspects of the cabin, ensuring a seamless, comfortable, and memorable journey for our passengers.
  • Provide a warm, engaging, and polished presence, ensuring guests feel valued, welcomed, and cared for at every stage.
  • Oversee provisioning, catering, and cabin readiness prior to each flight.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of in-flight safety, emergency procedures, and passenger care.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • A role at the intersection of luxury hospitality and aviation.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • The opportunity to set the standard for a world-class private aviation experience.
  • The chance to be a part of a growing and dynamic company, where possibilities are limitless.
  • An open door management philosophy, where your ideas are welcome.

WHAT YOU OFFER:

  • Previous experience as a corporate flight attendant or in luxury hospitality/chef roles (Michelin, 5-star hotel, yacht, or private estate).
  • Culinary training or strong fine-dining food preparation/presentation skills.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills — bubbly, engaging, and able to make guests feel at ease.
  • Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with irregular schedules and international travel.
  • Professional appearance and discretion at the highest level.

We support diversity, equity, and a workplace that is free from harassment and discrimination. We are committed to providing accommodation for people with disabilities. If you require accommodation through any element of the job application process, please notify us and we will work with you to meet your needs.
