Nous recherchons actuellement un.e responsable de la pharmacovigilance pour rejoindre notre département de pharmacovigilance. Ce poste relèvera de la gestionnaire principale en pharmacovigilance.

Statut du poste : Permanent, temps plein

Lieu du poste : Laval (mode hybride)

Objectif du poste :

Soutenir les activités de pharmacovigilance liées à tous les aspects de la sécurité des médicaments pour les produits commercialisés (ou en essais cliniques, si requis).

Responsabilités :

En collaboration étroite avec la personne responsable localement de la pharmacovigilance (PRLP) et les départements concernés, tant au niveau local que central, vous serez amené(e) à effectuer les tâches suivantes :

  • Collecter, traiter, faire le suivi et transmettre des rapports individuels de sécurité des cas (ICSRs) provenant de toutes sources à Global Safety et aux partenaires de licence, en conformité avec les procédures internes (SOP) et aux accords de pharmacovigilance applicables.
  • Évaluer l'éligibilité des soumissions des CIOMS reçus par le département local de pharmacovigilance (provenant des partenaires de licence) et assurer leur soumission à Santé Canada selon les exigences réglementaires.
  • Participer à la préparation des rapports mensuels d’informations en pharmacovigilance (rapprochement et conformité) avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (Assurance Qualité, Information Médicale, Global Safety, Partenaires de Licence, CROs).
  • Collaborer à la mise en place des programmes post-autorisation (si requis), en tenant compte du Plan de Gestion des Risques (le cas échéant) et du type d'étude.
  • Participer à la préparation, la révision, la mise à jour et l'application des accords de pharmacovigilance avec des tiers ainsi que des clauses PV dans les contrats et accords locaux.
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration, la mise à jour et l’application des procédures locales (SOP / OPM) et autres documents du système qualité, en conformité avec les procédures centrales, la réglementation locale, les contrats et autres directives.
  • Participer à la veille documentaire de la littérature locale (si applicable).
  • Assister dans la gestion et l’archivage des rapports périodiques de pharmacovigilance reçus (ex. : rapports annuels de synthèse, PSUR, PBRER, et / ou DSUR).
  • Contribuer à la gestion des demandes d’accès compassionnel / programme d’accès spécial au Canada (selon accord).
  • Participer à la formation initiale et continue du personnel interne et externe (si requis) et assurer la documentation des formations PV dispensées.
  • Assurer une veille réglementaire locale sur la pharmacovigilance des produits commercialisés (et essais cliniques, si applicable), ainsi que sur la cosmétovigilance et la matériovigilance.
  • Communiquer avec Global Safety, les autres structures du siège, les partenaires de licence, les professionnels de santé et autres tiers, selon les besoins liés aux activités mentionnées.
  • Garantir le respect des SOP et OPM en vigueur dans toutes les activités réalisées.
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives liées aux activités de pharmacovigilance (suivi, classement, archivage) conformément aux SOP / OPM en vigueur et utiliser les outils locaux si requis.
  • Préparer, soumettre et archiver les documents requis pour les autorités réglementaires.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour du plan de continuité des activités de pharmacovigilance en conformité avec les procédures locales applicables.
  • Participer à la préparation des audits internes et externes ainsi qu’aux inspections des autorités de santé sur le système de pharmacovigilance local.
  • Assumer le rôle de suppléant(e) de la Personne Responsable Locale en Pharmacovigilance (PRLP) en son absence.
  • Réaliser toute autre activité spécifique en lien avec les responsabilités et compétences mentionnées, en accord avec le supérieur hiérarchique.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle dans le domaine des sciences de la vie ou de la santé
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en pharmacovigilance au Canada
  • Excellente compréhension des processus et exigences de pharmacovigilance
  • Rigueur et grande attention aux détails
  • Haut niveau de professionnalisme, intégrité et éthique
  • Flexibilité et esprit collaboratif

    We are currently seeking a Pharmacovigilance Officer to join our PV department. This position will report to the Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager.

    Status of position : Permanent, full-time

    Location of position :   Laval (hybrid mode)

    Role Purpose :

    To support pharmacovigilance activities related to all aspects of drug safety for marketed products (or those in clinical trials as required).

    Responsibilities :

    Working closely with the Local Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance (LPV) and relevant local and central departments, the incumbent will be responsible for the following pharmacovigilance (PV) activities : :

  • Collect, process, follow up and transmit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources to Global Safety and Licensing Partners in compliance with company SOPs and spplicable PV Agreement.
  • Assess the eligibility of CIOMS submissions received from Licensing Partners, ensuring timely submission to Health Canada as per regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the preparation of the relevant monthly reports of PV information (reconciliation and compliance) with internal and external stakeholders (Quality Assurance, Medical Information, Global Safety, Licensing Partners, CROs).
  • Collaborate in the implementation of Post Authorization Programs (as requested), considering the RMP (if applicable) and the type of study.
  • Collaborate in the preparation, review, update and implementation of Pharmacovigilance Agreements with Third Parties and PV clause in local contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate in the preparation / update and implementation of local procedures (SOP / OPM) and other quality system documents in compliance with central procedures, local regulations, contracts and other directives.
  • Collaborate on periodical local literature screening (as applicable).
  • Assist in management and archiving of received aggregate reports (e.g., Annual Summary Reports, PSUR, PBRER, and / or DSUR).
  • Participate in the management of Compassionate Use / Special Access Program requests in Canada (as agreed).
  • In relation to the above activities, assist in initial and on-going training of internal or external staff (as requested) including maintaining the documentation of all the PV training provided.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of local regulations related to pharmacovigilance of marketed products (and clinicals trials as applicable), cosmetovigilance and materiovigilance.
  • Communicate with Global Safety, other relevant Head Office structures, Licensing Partners, and health professionals or other third parties as appropriate, in relation to the above activities.
  • Follow, in all activities, the relevant SOPs and OPMs issued by the Company.
  • Perform general administrative tasks linked with PV activities (tracking, filing, archiving) as per relevant SOPs / OPMs and using local tools (as required); Prepare, submit, and file applicable documents to regulatory authorities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a PV business continuity plan in accordance with corresponding local procedures.
  • Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits or inspections by the Competent Authorities of the local Pharmacovigilance system.
  • Act as the Local Responsible Person for Pharmacovigilance (LPV) in all PV-related activities during their absence.
  • Undertake other tasks related to the outlined responsibilities, as discussed and agreed upon with the line manager.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of life or health sciences
  • At least 3 years’ experience in pharmacovigilance in Canada
  • In-depth understanding of pharmacovigilance processes and requirements
