About the Client

Our client is sourcing a Corporate Accountant for a 3-month contract with an opportunity to go permanent.

About the Opportunity

• Full accounting cycle management for corporate entities

Monthly fee billings, chargebacks, collections, and intercompany reconciliations

Bank reconciliations, HST filings, and cashflow analysis

Liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and financial institutions

Maintain PP&A schedules, corporate leases, and Shareholder’s Loan reviews

Internal / external partner reporting and GL balance support

Compliance reporting (lenders, government, T5018, partners)

About You

Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance (preferred)

3-5 years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)

Proficiency in Excel; experience with JDE, NEWSTAR, or YARDI is a plus
