About You :
As a Sales Trainer you will be responsible for developing and facilitating sales training and coaching workshops for our high-velocity sales team. You will collaborate with both new and tenured associates across the organization to motivate, educate, and inspire, both in formal classroom settings and informal mentoring environments. Your role will be pivotal in advocating for the sales team, streamlining processes, and identifying sales enablement initiatives to empower the team's success.
