RECODemand (Real Estate Commissions On Demand) is a fast-growing, venture-backed St. Catharines company that helps real estate & mortgage professionals grow their business utilizing digital marketing to host online webinars. We work with real estate and mortgage professionals across the United States & Canada.
The Digital Marketing Trainer is responsible for training Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers on how to set up, use, and apply the RECODemand systems for generating leads. They will work closely with each client to take them through the program. The program involves launching advertisements for webinars, managing tasks in the HighLevel CRM, and reviewing webinar content. The trainer will ensure that the program is set up correctly and continuously monitor the progress of each client until they are done with the program. An evaluation will be performed after the first webinar is conducted for each client.

This is a full-time position. Work hours : 9am to 5pm EST, with webinars being hosted between 6 : 30 PM - 11 PM EST Tuesday - Thursday . We service clients in Eastern, Central, Mountain & Pacific Time zones.
