As we expand, we’re looking for an experienced recruiter who understands the real estate industry and knows how to attract top talent that aligns with our culture and vision.

The Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Recruiter to help scale our brokerage by identifying, attracting, and onboarding productive real estate professionals. This is a key growth role within the company, working directly with leadership to build and strengthen our agent roster.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source and recruit licensed real estate agents in Ottawa and surrounding areas
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective agents
Conduct outreach via calls, email, social media, networking events, and industry connections
Present the brokerage’s value proposition, tools, support systems, and commission structure
Schedule and coordinate meetings between candidates and management
Track recruitment activity and maintain organized reporting
Support onboarding and integration of new agents
Contribute to recruitment strategy and long-term growth planning

Qualifications

Proven recruiting or talent acquisition experience (real estate industry experience strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of the Ottawa real estate market is an asset

Background in sales, business development, or relationship-based roles is beneficial

Excellent communication, persuasion, and networking skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Professional, confident, and relationship-focused

Work Structure

Hybrid role — combination of remote work and in-person meetings, events, and office collaboration as needed
