Job Summary
As a remote Corporate Counsel Attorney in Canada for our Legal team , you will be providing Canadian legal assistance for cross functional and cross departmental projects and performing legal research on matters affecting the life science industry.
In this role, primary responsibilities include :
- Provide Canadian legal assistance for cross functional and cross departmental projects;
- Manage, draft, review and negotiate, and advise on commercial transactions, including :
Commercial and Vendor contracts (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, supply and distribution agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, memoranda of understandings, letters of intent), across all business units;
