Corporate Accountant

Description :

The role is comprised of general accounting tasks like journal entries, data entry, correcting and adjusting the GL, high volume month end transactions

The accountant will be reporting to the Manager, Corporate Accounting and his / her role will consist in registering financial accounting transactions for the Head Office.

Here are some examples of the tasks :

• Produce accounting entries
• Identify the necessary provisions for the purposes of accounting procedures;
• Register financial accounting transactions
• Generate financial reports;
• Participate in Month end, account reconciliations, inter- company transactions, general accounting tasks
• Be involved in the quarterly forecast and annual budget preparation;
