Insurance Client Experience & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time / Full-Time / Students)

Location: In-office (with future flexibility based on performance)

About the Opportunity

We’re a growing insurance agency building a world-class client experience, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-first environment.

This role sits at the center of our client experience and team operations, supporting clients, coordinating communication, and helping drive opportunities to our licensed advisors.

You’ll be the first impression, the connector, and a key part of how we create consistency, follow-through, and growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Answering phones and directing calls professionally
  • Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
  • Making outbound calls to support campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment setting
  • Booking and confirming appointments for licensed advisors
  • Supporting client follow-ups and maintaining strong communication
  • Identifying opportunities and funneling them to the sales team
  • Helping streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence on the phone, both inbound and outbound
  • Organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Comfort with CRM systems, digital tools, and AI platforms
  • A service-first mindset with a proactive approach
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Insurance experience is an asset but not required
