Job description
Are you a finance leader seeking to make a meaningful impact in a hands-on environment? An established organization is seeking an experienced professional to step into a key controllership capacity within their team.
The Role
This position offers a broad scope, including :
- Month-end close, quarter-end, and annual reporting responsibilities
- Preparation of financial statements and performance reporting packages
- FP& A support including KPIs, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversight of accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management
- Leadership of a small accounting team, with involvement in staff development and performance oversight
- Participation in process improvement initiatives, systems transitions, and compliance-related projects
- Support for annual audits, tax filings, and external accounting relationships
- Multi-entity and group-level financial management
