What You Will Be Doing:

• Team up with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Help lead and support technicians by coaching, guiding, and keeping the team on track
• Jump in on customer questions and help turn service concerns into positive experiences
• Lend your technical expertise on tricky diagnostics and repairs
• Review work orders alongside the Foreman to ensure everything is accurate and warranty-ready
• Collaborate with the service team to roll out new processes and improvements
• Be ready to hit the road occasionally as some travel is part of the role

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years experience in a technician, team lead, foreman, or similar role (ideally in a heavy equipment or service environment)
• Natural leadership skills, with formal leadership or management training considered a big plus
• Strong computer skills, you are comfortable working in web-based systems and tools like Word and Excel (this role is highly digital)
• Hands-on experience with service platforms like Service Portal and iKnow/Intelligent Search
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Cummins Guidanz and International SDS is an asset
• Solid understanding of service operations, including warranty policies and procedures
• Relevant manufacturer or equipment-specific technical training
• Great communication and customer service skills
