Job descriptionCollaborate with Marketing Manager on pharmacy marketing programs that support the brand strategy including brief development, creative evaluation, approval process, tactical execution and store communications. Engage cross-functional partners including Marketing (signing, digital, flyer), Pharmacy Services, Operations, Finance and external agency partners, to activate programs which support the marketing priorities. Assist with management and execution of project tracking and budgeting for marketing calendars, business updates, and quarterly updates. Act as the digital lead on behalf of pharmacy & health teams refining relevant online content and developing net new content supporting each monthly pharmacy theme and all business requirements. Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC University or college degree in business, marketing or an equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job and businesses marketed 3-5 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy and / or marketing Preference given to experience in area of Pharmacy. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build partnerships to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships Creative problem solving, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail, strong project management skills Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects to set and manage priorities to meet deadlines, all within a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities Strong writing and presentation abilities Familiarity with digital and standard marketing channels Self-starter

Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Pharmacy & Health, the Pharmacy & Health Marketing Specialist is responsible and accountable for executing national and regional integrated marketing programs that contribute to the growth of related Rexall businesses and brands, including but not limited to Retail, Rexall Health Solutions, Preferred Pharmacy Network, and B2B.
