THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

Base Salary : CAD $43,721.00 - 68,706.00

This position of Bilingual Contract Analyst will report to the Supervisor, Contract Services.

• Coordinate and perform the production of French documents for all lines of business
• Maintain a caseload of booklets and contracts across all lines of business across GreenShield
• Consult with the Contract Governance / Legal teams or Supervisor, Contract Services to facilitate development of non-standard plan design elements, as needed;
• Research information to develop wordings for non standard or custom plan design elements;
• Liaise with Growth & Client Service team members to address document requirements, service delivery and follow ups for unsigned and on hold documents;
• Daily maintenance of departmental Activity Reports, to support departmental reporting, and in accordance with established protocols;
• Develop Unique Travel templates;
• Develop and maintain Document Templates;
• Participate in departmental or corporate initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency;
• Perform peer review for documents prepared by the Contract Analysts, within defined parameters;
• Develop and / or maintain required training materials, and conduct training as required, for new Contract Analysts and Office Service Administrators;
• Perform other duties as required.
