Call Quality Analyst

The following is a summary of the essential functions of this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Evaluate recorded calls based on various criteria.
Participates in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards

Minimum Skills and Competencies :

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Outstanding customer service skills

Computer competence

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Exceptional listening skills and strong attention to detail

Effective oral and written communication skills,

Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Candidate must reside in Canada (outside of Ontario)

Customer service experience

Job Type : Part-time (15 hours per week)

Pay : $15.80 per hour

Schedule : Flexible

Work Location : Fully Remote
