Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 10 years in building code compliance and developing performance-based alternative solutions, ideally in a consulting environment. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or related fields; P.Eng. designation is preferred. Regulatory Knowledge : Deep understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Business Acumen : Strong ability to identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and authorities, and exercise sound judgment in project management. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at managing complex situations and resolving conflicts. Leadership Qualities : Proven track record in leading teams, managing projects, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment. Profit-sharing program (20% for senior-level positions).
