Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. Ability to work and team with a multitude of different people within and outside of IT to balance demands. Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations people under pressure. Ability to quickly understand and learn new applications and technologies. Ability to perform hands‑on test execution to support project teams when necessary.

Essential Functions of the Job
- Ensure coordination between Functional testing, Performance and Automation Testing teams for the assigned area.
- Take responsibility for ensuring QA delivery and management of Test resources, status reporting, Test Strategy Plans, Cases, Scripts, Results.
- Responsible for project testing workload, performance and delivery targets.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT Services, IT Solutions functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions.
- Participate in programme project review meetings to determine status, problem areas, suggest and review corrective actions, directing planning necessary extra work, and rework and re‑plan activities.
