As a Site Manager you will utilize your 3 years of experience managing industrial construction and maintenance projects to ensure the safe and efficient operations of the job site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive project plans and systems ensuring alignment with project goals timelines and budget while receiving strategic support from the Area Manager.

What would you be doing

• Oversee onsite construction maintenance projects ensuring that they are completed on time within scope and on budget. Manage project schedules resources and materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and subcontractors.
• Lead and coordinate onsite teams including subcontractors laborers and supervisors. Ensure smooth collaboration and effective task delegation managing both productivity and morale.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing regular updates on progress addressing concerns and managing expectations. Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that all work meets FLINTs quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or budget overruns.
