Production Associate

Location: Gananoque, ON

Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts (2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights)

As a Production Associate, you will support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations by assisting with packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment. This role is based in a team‑oriented production environment that operates on a 12‑hour rotating schedule.

You will perform hands‑on tasks that require consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow standard processes. This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy routine work, structured environments, and contributing to team production goals.

What You’ll Do

• Package finished medical devices according to approved work instructions and specifications
• Operate basic packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment using validated packaging materials
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product accuracy, completeness, and packaging integrity
• Identify and report defects, damage, or quality concerns promptly
• Accurately complete FDA‑regulated documentation and production records in English
• Follow all clean room, safety, and regulatory procedures at all times
• Maintain consistent focus and accuracy while sitting or standing for extended periods
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

• Experience in production, assembly, or quality inspection
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts
• Exceptional attention to detail with good visual focus
• Ability to complete English documentation accurately for regulatory compliance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
