How you’ll make an impact

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in office operations and the overall customer experience. With your strong organization skills, you’ll keep accurate documentation, maintain office systems, and support the effective daily functioning of the district or field office.

You’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, Customer Service Managers, and district staff to deliver outstanding service and keep office operations running smoothly.

If you love building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting visitors, handling reception, and responding to inquiries in person and by phone
  • Manage office and administrative tasks, including preparing documentation and correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and updating customer records
  • Process mail, payments, and daily banking, ensuring accuracy and timely handling of customer transactions
  • Coordinate office operations by ordering supplies, generating reports and supporting district events
  • Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A certificate in office administration or at least one year of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • General knowledge of administrative processes
  • Working knowledge of common software applications, including Microsoft 365, and comfort with computer-based tasks

Preferred qualifications:

  • Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset

Not sure you meet every requirement? We encourage you to apply anyway.
