What It Takes to Win

A Finance Professional: Proven experience in lending, finance, credit, or automotive F&I. You understand deal structure, compliance, and lender guidelines.
A Strategic Closer: Youre confident presenting financial products and overcoming objections while maintaining trust and transparency.
Detail-Driven & Organized: Strong computer skills, accurate documentation, and a commitment to compliance are second nature to you.
Performance-Minded: You are self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Professional & Personable: You communicate clearly and confidently, building credibility with both customers and lending partners.
Valid NS Drivers License & clean Drivers Abstract required. (Occasional travel to DMV or training locations may be required)
