Notre équipe Lavalloise travaille sur les innovations pour le transport et traitement vidéo, et le bureau, les équipements et les outils de Riedel Canada sont à la fine pointe de la technologie. Nous sommes constamment à la recherche de talents pour grandir nos équipes.

Présentement, notre équipe comptable est à la recherche d'un.e étudiant.e à temps partiel possédant une connaissance de base en comptabilité pour assister dans les tâches administratives et soutenir les processus financiers de notre bureau de Laval.

20 heures par semaine

Report direct à la Directrice Finance

Rémunération : 17$ / heure

Tes tâches principales :

  • Faire le suivi des factures impayées et des paiements clients selon des directives précises
  • Scanner et organiser des documents entrants de manière systématique
  • Catégoriser et enregistrer des factures de façon méthodique
  • Procéder à de l'entrée de données dans le système comptable
  • Trier et classer des documents papier et numériques selon un processus défini
  • Commander des fournitures de bureau en respectant le budget alloué
  • Pré-requis :

  • Niveau d'études secondaire complété ou certificat / DEP / AEP en cours, idéalement en comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Connaissance de base des principes comptables et intérêt pour l'apprentissage dans le domaine financier
  • Attention au détail et précision dans le traitement des données
  • Capacité de se concentrer sur des tâches répétitives dans un environnement administratif
  • Professionnalisme, capacité à travailler en équipe, et volonté de s'impliquer au-delà des tâches de base
  • Discrétion et capacité de traiter des informations confidentielles avec soin
  • Compétence avec les outils informatiques (MS Office, notamment Excel)
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais en contexte de travail

  • Niveau de base : Lecture et compréhension de courriels, de procédures ou d’instructions rédigées en anglais

    Currently, our accounting team is looking for a part-time student with basic accounting knowledge to assist with administrative tasks and support financial processes at our Laval office.

    20 hours per week

    Reports directly to the Finance Director

    Compensation : $17 / hour

    Your main tasks :

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and client payments according to precise guidelines
  • Scan and systematically organize incoming documents
  • Categorize and record invoices methodically
  • Perform data entry in the accounting system
  • Sort and file paper and digital documents following a defined process
  • Order office supplies while respecting the allocated budget
  • Requirements :

  • Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a certificate / DEP / AEP program, ideally in accounting or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and a strong interest in learning more about the financial field
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Ability to focus on repetitive tasks in an administrative environment
  • Professionalism, team spirit, and a willingness to engage beyond basic tasks
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with care
  • Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Good working knowledge of English

  • Basic Level : Reading and understanding emails, procedures or instructions written in English
