  • Support project setup, forecasting (EAC), revenue recognition, and compliance processes

  • Identify distressed projects early and lead corrective action plans

  • Recommend and implement improvements to project delivery and resource management

  • Advise leaders on project delivery performance, pricing, go/no‑go decisions, and risk

  • Review and support proposal pricing, scopes, schedules, and execution plans

  • Interpret project performance data to improve outcomes

  • Participate in project risk reviews and governance as required

Health, Safety & Quality

  • Promote and model strong HSSE practices across all projects

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with company policies and risk standards

Remain Client‑Facing

  • Maintain billable project management responsibilities as needed, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience (10+ years)

  • Proven experience delivering projects from pursuit to close‑out

  • Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and commercial risk
