Job Description

This organization takes pride in their partnerships and are continuing to grow their portfolio through various projects across Canada.
Your New Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join a dynamic, close-knit team. This role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of commercial property management, takes ownership in their portfolio and has a detail-oriented approach. If you take initiative and consider yourself to have strong tenant relations, this is the role for you! You will be responsible for ensuring tenants are receiving excellent service, contracting and overseeing performance of third party contractors / trades, overseeing in house maintenance personnel, ensuring preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed, and conducting property inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement. On the administrative side, you will be responsible for preparing and executing annual operating and capital budgets, monthly financial variance analysis, annual increases / renewals, yearly audits, overseeing tenant improvement projects and appreciation events.
What You'll Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial property management experience. You have strong communication skills and take initiative in your work. You are comfortable with financials, have strong business acumen and great tenant relations. You must hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
What You'll Get in Return
In exchange for your hard work and commitment, the successful candidate will be compensated with a competitive base salary ($95, – , per annum based on experience), a yearly incentivized bonus, extended health and wellness benefits, and 3 weeks of vacation.
