With a strong presence online and a loyal customer base, the company is now entering its next phase of growth : expanding product lines, elevating its e-commerce experience, and building a team to scale its mission and impact.
Who You Are :
You are a digitally native leader with 8–10+ years of experience scaling DTC or e-commerce businesses. You bring a mix of creativity and analytical rigour, and you thrive in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments. Whether it’s leading a Shopify revamp, launching a new campaign, or testing performance ads, you’re as comfortable strategizing as you are executing.
You lead with intention and purpose — and know how to build community, not just customer bases.
Your Impact :
As Head of Growth , you will join the senior leadership team and work closely with the founders to take the brand to new heights. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling e-commerce, expanding product offerings, and building out the marketing function with a focus on content, performance, and community. You’ll be accountable for topline growth while ensuring every touchpoint stays true to the company’s mission of fostering connection, intentionality, and creativity.
What Are We Looking For?
To be considered for this impactful role, you must possess the following qualifications and experiences :
- Leadership : 8+ years of experience in senior roles within high-growth DTC, CPG, or lifestyle brands.
- E-Commerce Expertise : Proven success in managing Shopify-based stores, customer journeys, and conversion strategies.
- Brand & Marketing : Experience building content-driven marketing campaigns across social, email, paid media, and influencer partnerships.
- Strategic & Hands-On : Comfortable working between strategic planning and day-to-day execution in a lean, collaborative team.
- Founder-Driven Brands : Experience working in or alongside founder-led businesses, with a passion for purpose-led growth.
- Data-Informed : Strong grasp of performance metrics, A / B testing, and using insights to drive optimization and ROI.
