As a Service Technician supporting Aramark Refreshments, you’ll ensure the reliable operation, service, and repair of vending and OCS equipment that delivers coffee, beverages, and foodservice solutions to offices and client locations. Your work directly supports customer satisfaction by keeping equipment clean, functional, and operating to company and manufacturer standards.

You’ll work hands-on in the field, solving problems, supporting customers, and building a career with a company that puts people first.

Job Responsibilities

• Service and repair OCS and vending equipment to company standards.
• Install, maintain, and service specialized equipment while meeting performance targets.
• Clean machines, parts, and accessories to meet equipment and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the Service Department.
• Ensure you meet client needs and expectations.
• Communicate effectively with all customers with professionalism and care.
• Serve as a relief driver when necessary.
• Attend Staff and Health & Safety meetings.
• Participate in Service Stars, WHMIS, and other training as required.

Qualifications

• Basic technical aptitude with hands-on experience servicing electronic and refrigerated equipment.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (driver’s abstract required).
• Energetic, reliable, and physically capable of performing a hands-on service role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
