Marketing & Communications Assistant (4 Month Summer Term) - Antec Controls

We are seeking an energetic and creative Marketing & Communications Assistant looking to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marcomm projects.

How you'll make an impact :

Assist in the creation of long form video content including scripting, storyboarding and execution

Create engaging content across various platforms including social media and email campaigns

Manage social media channels through planning, creation and execution of social calendar

Assist in the implementation and optimization of paid advertising campaigns such as Google Ads

Update and maintain website content

Report and provide insights using tools like Google Analytics to track performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns

Brainstorm new and creative awareness and engagement campaigns

Prepare, edit, and proofread various communication documents

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team on the development, execution and analysis of marketing assets and collateral

What you'll need to succeed :

Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma business program (B.Comm, Business Administration, Creative Communications or other related program)

Strong interpersonal communication and organization, with an eye for detail

A high level of critical thinking and accountability

The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timeline-dependent deliverables

An aptitude and desire for customer service excellence

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset

Experience with video creation considered an asset

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads considered an asset
