Job Details

Reporting to the Manager of IT Operations the System Administrator Co-op will work closely with the business to provide a wide range of technology support for all office hardware and software. You will act as the first line of support and play a crucial role in assisting with various IT Support requirements.

Position Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of support and assist with other IT Support requirements as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on support tickets ensuring timely and satisfactory issue resolution.
• Perform the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts including guest and temporary accounts.
• Aid in the deployment and management of desktop applications and office hardware.
• Support and manage CARFAX Canadas suite of Microsoft services including but not limited to Office 365 Active Directory File server Exchange Online Entra ID and SharePoint.
• Provide support for collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
• Assist with enforcing CARFAX Canada policies regarding the use of computers and mobile devices by actively flagging any compliance breaches for resolution.
• Participate in IT initiatives including the research evaluation and deployment of new software and hardware.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and fulfill technology needs.
