CAD100000–CAD130000 yearlyJob descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8 years of software engineering experience, including development, architecture, and deployment of highly scalable distributed systems. 4 years of experience specializing in AWS as an Application / Solutions Architect. Proficiency in AWS technologies such as ECS, ELB, EC2, S3, RDS, Redis, IAM, WAF, Route 53, CloudFront, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch. Experience provisioning highly scalable infrastructure on AWS. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Shell, JavaScript, PHP, and familiarity with AWS SDK and Node.js. Experience setting up and configuring CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins. Experience with container management systems like Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of design patterns and principles, including DevOps techniques, performance testing and management, and data storage and processing. Hands-on experience developing and maintaining scalable, distributed, high-performance microservices / web services. Extensive experience with automation, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling. Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools like Ansible. Experience setting up and configuring cloud monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Elastic Stack (ELK), New Relic, Sumo Logic, etc. Experience installing, configuring, and monitoring Apache / Nginx HTTP servers. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Ops Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and services to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-based systems, safeguard data, and enhance overall performance. Responsibilities :
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Design and implement cloud security solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and drive cost management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on projects and initiatives.
- Conduct proof of concept (POC) projects and facilitate implementation.
