Manage the warehouse’s operational activities including budgeting, labor scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security, housekeeping, and sanitation. Ensure people, process and technology enable meeting all customer service standards.
As a key role in the region, this position focuses on interpreting standards, collaborating with General Managers (GMs) to ensure audit-readiness, supporting Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and exemplifying company values : Safe, Trust, Bold, Respect, Innovation, and Servant Leadership.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leadership : Manage, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Operational Excellence : Enhance and streamline operational procedures, , handling and dispositioning merchandise, and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Inventory Control, and Operations Support teams to ensure optimal product availability and alignment with business needs
- Strategic Planning : Develop long-term labour plans based on sales forecasts and management input to align with operational demands
- KPI Achievement : Facilitate the achievement of prescribed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) regarding cost, productivity, compliance, customer service, profits, and team performance
- Safety Compliance : Ensure facility / facilities adhere(s) to health, safety, and environment regulations and food safety requirements. Promote a culture of safety and proactive risk mitigation among team members
- Analytical Insight : Analyze operational reports to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support data-driven decision-making
- Build Support : Build and maintain partnerships with other departments (, Safety and Compliance, Food Optimization, Finance, HR, Sales, Continuous Improvement, etc.)

Pay Range : $76, - $118,
