Are you a responsible and motivated professional with effective communication skills and strong data analysis? As an operations specialist in the Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) team you will oversee a specialized program working directly with our Capital Markets business partners in the US. This position is responsible for daily operations of the Capital Markets US Headcount program, including onboarding requests, assignment management and terminations; ensuring all requirements are met and risk has been mitigated.

Responsibilities
Be able to build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners by using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
Collaborate with business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives across the business unit are prioritized.
Set clear and realistic expectations with partners, navigate business priorities that put the organization at risk, ensure timely follow up through effective communication.
Assist in directing / coordinating activities of assigned initiatives. Independently and effectively manages assigned initiatives of a less complex nature.
Participate in detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and / or resolving business issues.

Must-have :
- Effective communication skills to tell a story
- Dealing with Ambiguity- not everything will be mapped out
- Analytical Thinking and Design Thinking (creative mindset brews innovation)
- Strong Data Analysis capability
