Director / General Manager of De Novo Operations
CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.
As the Director / General Manager of De Novo Operations, your main responsibility will be overseeing the entire set-up and management of a new business venture, from its initial development stage through to full operational functionality.
This position has a 25% travel to the US requirement
Tasks :
- Market research : Lead studies to identify viable opportunities for new clinic location launch.
- Project Management : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new site development, including site selection, design, construction, staffing, and opening of new clinic.
- Operational excellence : Establish operational processes, workflows, and metrics for new sites to meet organizational standards.
- Team leadership : Build and lead cross-functional teams dedicated to de novo projects. Recruit, onboard, and train key personnel for new locations.
- Financial Oversight : Own and manage P&L for de novo projects. Monitor financial performance of new operations.
You will have access to CPP's central support services (accounting, HR, Talent acquisition, IT…) and will be asked to support the practice managers as we build an industry-leading, high level of customer experience at each location.
CPP is an early-stage company and will ask you to support in working with our corporate team to dive into strategic initiatives that will help further accelerate the growth for all our clinics.
